The92 – Soccer social media site

I created this site with the guys at ChromaAgency and Brothers and Sisters for Sky Sports’ The92 campaign in 2009. It featured an infinitely scrollable wall of photos and comments from users, all filterable and deep-linkable, as well as the obligatory video player, blog and Twitter integration – way ahead of its time for 2009.

I made heavy use of rendering tricks, such as blitting, object pooling and load/render queuing, to keep the thing performant – tricks I later found useful for games and Set Top Box software development. Unfortunately, I can’t show the original site off – the domain renewal had lapsed – nice one Sky šŸ™ so here’s a little video about the project:

Everybody Deserves – music video

I recently worked with the guys at Imotion Media to create this fun little music video. The brief was to take some green screen footage of the band’s lead members and find a treatment/narrative that works with the ethos and feel of the song. I settled on blending the footage with a lot of archive material, as if we’re channel flippingĀ a TV. Continue reading Everybody Deserves – music video
